Salt & Ash is teaming up with The Bruery & Bruery Terreux to present a 6-Course Beer Dinner on Thursday, May 25, 2017, during OC Beer Week!
Menu is $90 per person + 18% gratuity for Early Bird (first 20 tickets)
$100 per person + 18% gratiuity for General Admission

Here’s a look at the menu, which is subject to seasonal changes:
COURSE 1: Griffon Bruxellois (American wild ale) paired with Duck & Pistachio Pâté , toasted almonds and pickled cherries
COURSE 2: Grey Monday (imperial stout with hazelnuts) paired with Honey-Glazed Thai Fried Pork, with jalapeno, shallot and cilantro
INTERMEZZO
COURSE 3: Valise (sour ale cured with Viognier grapes) paired with Drunken Golden Beets, roasted corn, salsify puree, roasted nuts and honeycomb
COURSE 4: Sucre Madiera (barrel-aged old ale) paired with Roasted Cornish Game Hen, lemon and mint gremolata and citrus & caper grains
COURSE 5: 2014 Rueuze (Gueuze style, lambic blend) paired with Crème Fraîche & Vanilla Bean Pot de Creme, with brittle, cayanne and smoked sea salt
